* The Assistant provides support to the ISPP team and responds directly to the ISPP Manager.
* The Assistant is responsible for the logistic organization of the plenary monthly meetings.
* The Assistant is responsible for the organization of the preparation meetings.
* The Assistant is responsible for establishing and diffusing the report of the plenary monthly meetings.
* The Assistant is responsible for the convocation and the related useful documents.
* The Assistant is responsible for establishing/updating the following useful documents: Annual Health and Safety action plan, ISPP Monthly report, CPPW actions follow-up.
* The Assistant is responsible for the public subsidy files for people with disabilities: he/she will have to follow up on existing files with the competent public authorities and when necessary initiate new requests.
* The Assistant is responsible for the correct diffusion of all deliverables of the department to our internal clients.
* The Assistant is responsible for managing, scheduling, and organizing meetings, travel, and conference participation.
* The Assistant is responsible for organizing video-conferences and welcoming external visitors.
* The Assistant manages the ISPP mailing box.
Assistant to the Human Resources Director
* The Assistant handles general secretarial tasks.
* The Assistant is responsible for managing, scheduling, and organizing meetings, travel, and events.
* The Assistant is responsible for welcoming external visitors as well as newcomers in the team.
* He/she keeps the internet pages up to date.
* He/she will have the opportunity to be involved in more specific missions/tasks related to the department.
Profile
* The candidate has a diploma in Office Management or similar.
* Languages: fluent in Dutch and French and proficient in English.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…).
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Sense of initiative, autonomy, solution-oriented, and able to manage priorities.
