This is an external temporary position to replace the current Support Lead during an extended absence.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Act as team lead for the IT Network Operations Support team EMEA in Wilrijk, Belgium.
2. Support team members to develop their full potential.
3. Drive a culture of lifelong learning.
4. Ensure incidents & standard service requests are handled and resolved according to the agreed SLAs.
5. Guarantee the change process in the region as well as the stability & compliance of the service.
6. Implement and maintain pro active monitoring and perform regular health checks.
7. Document different services and ensure CIs are registered in the CMDB.
8. Take ownership of asset management and the lifecycle of hardware.
9. Document and follow up on known issues together with the specialist team.
10. Secure operational vendor management for the partners used within the IT Operations scope.
11. Responsible for the delivery of KPIs and SLA reporting towards management & stakeholders.
12. Manage support to the Service Desk, Application Managers, IT Managers, and other stakeholders using the ITIL methodology.
13. Develop a "follow the sun" support model for collaboration with peers in other regions.
14. Report on quality issues on the solutions while providing support to solution owners & specialists in the region.

11. Experience in effectively man
