Key responsibilities:
* Lead proper analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive solutions around our operational model in order to enhance performance.
* Implement continuous improvement strategies for efficiency across our field sales team in catering industry and in the retail sector.
* Design KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track and showcase operational improvements and individual performance.
* Organize performance reviews and action plans to fuel performance of our sales & customer service teams by optimizing the resources available but also the routines, planning.
* Work in close collaboration with the head office teams (Sales Intelligence, Sales Front-line, Trade Marketing, Key Account Management) to achieve the annual objectives of each brand.
* Audit & coaching of our front-line teams.
* You will be working from our Leuven HQ and partly in our Breda office in the Netherlands.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of retail and/or catering industry in Belgium & Netherlands.
* Previous Experience in field for an FMCG either in retail or catering industry.
* You are comfortable in English and Dutch, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
* Strong operational mindset & analytical skills.
