As the HR Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

Preparing contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.

Coordinating and scheduling interviews and meetings.
*
Assisting with the onboarding of new employees by preparing necessary documentation and tools.
*
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and tracking employee information.
*
Responding to employee queries and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
* Be in contact with the external payroll partner for the salaries of all Belgian employees.

A good basic foundation in Belgian social legislation and its practical applications
*
At least one year of experience in HR administration.
*
Fluency in both English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail in all tasks.

A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in a team environment, coupled with the autonomy to handle tasks independently.
