Overview:
We are a fast-growing company in sustainable mobility, focused on making charging solutions accessible and efficient. The General Manager will lead our expansion in Belgium and Luxembourg, driving growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring high service standards.
Location: Brussels
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Define market strategy to secure 150 locations in 2 years, create sales pitches, and manage a team of 2 business developers.
Account Management: Build relationships with location owners for upgrades and contract renewals, and recruit an Account Manager.
Deployment: Oversee the Deployment Operations Coordinator and manage local service providers, ensuring high-quality station installations.
Utilization: Maximize station usage with the Global Performance Team and ensure peak performance and uptime.
Profile:
- Experience in operations within high-growth environments and team management;
- Fluency English, French, and Dutch;
- Strategic mindset with strong sales and operational skills;
- Data-Driven decision maker, self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable leader;
- Problem-solver and result-oriented

- Business case presentation;
- Final interviews with Global Leadership Team;
- Business Case: Develop a go-to-market plan for securing 150 retail locations for EV charging over two years with a Zero CAPEX model.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: €100,000 - €110,000 gross annual;
- Bonus: Up to 60% of salary based on performance;
- Equity: ESOP included;
