The Business Developer - Fashion Retail Sector will have the following responsibilities :
* Commercialise ranges defined in the strategy, during sell-in periods, with a focus on pre-orders
* Build a development plan with key customers
* Implement and execute commercial strategies, tactics and processes
* Prepare sales meetings, assortment, and budgets
* Secure the qualitative presence of omnichannel products
* Secure and negotiate the best position in points of sale and optimized merchandising at the point of sales
* Report range needs and trends
* Analyze and report on sell-in and sell-out indicators
* Make proposals concerning product directions, collections and needs
* Visit frequently customers and prospect
* Attend and organize local trade fairs
* Proven expertise in sales in the streetwear/sportswear or fashion industry
* Hunter experience
* Rigorous and structured, you have a results-oriented culture
* Strong commercial sense, an entrepreneurship vision, an analytical mind
* You are able to cope with executive management role as well as hands on commercial activities
* You are resilient and do not give up under pressure during possible periods of heavy workload
