Based in Ghent (preferably) or Paris, the Professional Services (PS) Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, define strategies, drive implementation and customer satisfaction and run the PL within the Professional Services division. This leadership role is pivotal to our mission of delivering excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.
Shape the strategy, operations, processes and management of TrustBuilder's Professional Services.
Drive and manage the Professional Services PL, aligning it with Company's business objectives
Develop and Manage relationship with our key services partners to Maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and RD to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions
Optimize and monetize Professional Services offerings to boost productivity and profitability
Lead the team to achieve first-class customer satisfaction and establish best practices
Develop customer-centric solutions by gathering and prioritizing requirements while identifying new growth opportunities
Recruit, retain, and inspire top talent, fostering an engaging and dynamic work environment
Act as a motivational leader, setting clear goals and enabling cross-functional collaboration
