Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Business Development Manager to join our Benelux team at PerformanSe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Identifying new business opportunities and conducting prospecting activities in the BeNeLux region.
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
3. Training clients on the use of psychometric testing tools.
4. Representing the company and speaking at conferences and congresses.
5. Networking with industry professionals to expand our reach and influence.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
7. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
8. Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Fluent in Dutch and French.
5. Experience in psychometrics, assessment solutions or HR is a plus.
6. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
7. Willingness to travel as needed (4 times a year to our HQ in Nantes, France).
