Overview
Keysight is seeking a proactive and technically skilled DevOps Engineer to support the modern release integration, automation, and testing tools ecosystem within the Keysight Wireless R&D team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines as well as building and enhancing tools that enable efficient release management and automated test execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, configuration management, and modern automation frameworks, ensuring our software delivery processes are both agile and scalable

Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Development:
* Develop and enhance internal tools that facilitate release integration, deployment automation, and reporting.
* Build and maintain a SaaS-enabled test execution platform (test farm) that provides real-time reporting and analytics.
* Ensure tools and automation frameworks are modular, reusable, and scalable across various testing and deployment environments.
Cloud Infrastructure and Automation:
* Leverage modern cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to enhance CI/CD pipelines and tool integration.
* Utilize containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) to create scalable and resilient environments.
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to automate environment provisioning
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a DevOps or Release Engineer role, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline development.
* Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
* Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with experience working in globally distributed teams
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the telecommunications or high-tech industries, particularly with products related to 4G/5G
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
* Prior experience with SaaS-based test execution platforms or similar automation frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to innovate and optimize complex automation workflows.
