Responsibilities
* Knowledge of Financial Markets: Delivery of Broker online solutions and Financial Assesment
* Primary Goal: To help define the best solution by connecting the needs and requirements of all stakeholders.
* Environmental Analysis: Responsible for analyzing the environment, including reviewing, creating, or eliminating internal processes.
* Project Backlog Management: Accountable for maintaining and overseeing the project backlog throughout its lifecycle.
* Coordination with the Product Owner (PO): Oversee the functional software analysis activity in collaboration with the PO.
* Stakeholder Identification: Identify the stakeholders who need to participate in gathering information, requirements, and validating functional documents.
* Third-Party Vendor Coordination: Identify external vendors involved in the software development process and meet with them when necessary to incorporate information into functional documents.
* Requirements Gathering Planning: Plan the requirements gathering process with the client, schedule, and lead sessions.
* UX/UI Collaboration: Work alongside the UX/UI team to ensure alignment between functional definitions and design.
* Documentation Oversight: Collaborate with junior analysts in drafting documentation and ensure its quality.
* Backlog Definition: Define the project backlog with the PO, identifying epics, features, and user stories that represent the project’s objectives.
* User Stories Verification: Ensure user stories are fully defined, describing the functional solution with acceptance criteria.
* Sign-Off Management: Guarantee proper sign-offs at both operational levels and among all involved stakeholders.
* Acceptance Criteria Completeness: Ensure acceptance criteria include "unhappy paths" and visual exceptions to cover edge cases and error scenarios.
Qualifications
* Extensive Functional Knowledge of the Financial Sector: Financial products, market operations, processes, MIFID 2, Portfolio valuation.
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
* Technical Knowledge at All Levels: Architecture, security, back-end, front-end, without the need to be an expert in any particular area.
* Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies and Project Management.
* Basic Knowledge of User Experience and Design Components.
* Organization, Planning, and Team Management Skills.
* Client and Quality Orientation.
* Strong Synthesis and Prioritization Skills.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
* Problem-Solving Ability.
* Adaptability to Context.
