Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Process Structuring:
* Establish and optimize processes to ensure seamless data delivery.
* Develop and monitor operational KPIs to assess performance and adherence to client commitments.
* Coordinate with teams to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
* Conduct benchmarking on data quality compared to market standards.
Administrative and Financial Management:
* Oversee budgets, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial forecasts.
* Provide administrative support, including managing invoicing and contracts.
Customer Success and Satisfaction:
* Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
* Proactively address feedback and potential issues with a solution-oriented approach.
* Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in collaboration with the CEO on commercial aspects.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience in similar roles within a startup or SME, preferably in B2B services or data management.
* Proficiency with data tools and data visualization.
* Degree in Business Management, Finance, or equivalent.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise between internal teams and clients.
* Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
Mindset:
* Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability to a startup environment.
* Ability to wear multiple hats with a problem-solving orientation.
Main Tasks:
* Assess internal data against competitors.
* Automate and optimize administrative and operational processes to save time and reduce errors.
* Manage post-sale client relationships to ensure deliverables align with expectations.
* Serve as the interface between the CEO (focused on business development) and the operational team.
Background:
* Experienced Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Data Analyst with a strong inclination for client follow-up and financial management in a data-driven environment.
