Are you an experienced and driven ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on incident handling, maintenance, and process optimization? At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Developer to strengthen our ServiceNow squad within a complex and dynamic environment at BNP Paribas Fortis. In this crucial role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the continuity and performance of the ServiceNow environment, optimize workflows, and make a significant contribution to the implementation of business processes in ServiceNow. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to elevate the ServiceNow service delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
* Supporting and guiding the team regarding ServiceNow processes.
* Proactively monitoring the ServiceNow instances to guarantee stability and performance.
* Executing maintenance and run tasks, including small changes, LCM (Lifecycle Management), and license management.
* Providing second and third-line support for incidents, including analysis, alignment, implementation of small changes, communication, and follow-up.
* Actively participating in Problem Management processes to find structural solutions for recurring incidents.
* Supporting Asset Management processes within ServiceNow.
* Managing Change Management processes, including preparing and following up on releases (runbook creation and validation, presentation in the Change Advisory Board).
* Identifying and implementing process optimizations to make workflows more efficient, reduce bottlenecks, and automate repetitive tasks.
* Analyzing data and creating and managing reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
* Actively contributing to the implementation of BNP Paribas Fortis processes within the ServiceNow environment.
* Designing and creating interfaces to integrate data from BNP Paribas Fortis systems into ServiceNow.
* Setting up API integrations between ServiceNow and local Fortis resources.
* Analyzing and creating automated exports from ServiceNow to meet the information needs of internal customers.
* Analyzing and configuring email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in ServiceNow.
* Designing workflows within ServiceNow.
* Potentially participating in the migration of existing tools to ServiceNow.
Your Profile:
* A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant IT field.
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a complex environment.
* Holding a valid ServiceNow Certified Administrator certificate.
* A Certified Implementation Specialist certificate or other relevant ServiceNow certification is a plus.
* Knowledge of cloud technologies is a nice-to-have.
* Experience with monitoring and performance optimization of ServiceNow instances, including health checks, performance monitoring, and system upgrades.
* Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework (Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Change Management, Release Management).
* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch (plus), French (plus), and English (required), both spoken and written.
* A strong team spirit and an autonomous work attitude.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative independently.
* Experience with cross-functional collaboration with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
