Functieomschrijving The Employment Law practice handles high profile and complex employment matters, including prominent restructurings frequently covered in the media. As part of the growing team, you''ll have the opportunity to: Work on a variety of challenging cases, including collective and individual employment law matters. Assist clients with drafting and terminating employment contracts, managing collective redundancies, and addressing employment aspects of corporate restructurings. Engage in a mix of transactional, advisory, and litigation work, providing comprehensive solutions to clients. Collaborate directly with the legal and HR teams of major companies, building strong professional relationships. Profiel We seek a talented and motivated lawyer who is ready to make an impact. Ideal candidates will have: Experience : 1 to 5 years in employment law, with a proven track record in both advisory and litigation work. Education : A first class Belgian law degree, possibly complemented by further education abroad or a postgraduate degree in employment law. Language Skills : Dutch as a native language, with excellent proficiency in English and French.
