Our client, an international company based in Brussels, is currently seeking a passionate IT Manager.
A. Objectives and Responsibilities
* Ensure the organization, monitoring, and implementation of all system and IT infrastructure within their scope to ensure its effectiveness.
B. Main Areas of Activities and Tasks
* Participate in defining and implementing the IT strategy: establish projects for evolution based on needs, ensure IT reporting, and monitor technological advancements.
* Manage the activities of the IT department: establish and manage the department''s budget, plan activities and ensure adherence to schedules, manage subcontracting, and supervise the procurement of equipment.
* Lead projects: gather user needs, monitor progress and propose adjustments, create dashboards, define and plan maintenance policies, and establish internal communication methods.
* Develop and implement improvement proposals within their work domain.
* Team management: supervise and control the work of the IT team, participate in IT personnel management decisions such as recruitment, termination, compensation, mobility, and training.

* Software and hardware suppliers.
A. Education Level
* Bachelor''s/Master''s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
B. Required Experience
* 5 years in an IT management position.
C. Language Skills
* Bilingual in French and Dutch, with a very good command of English.
D. IT Knowledge
* Strong knowledge of Windows (client and server) and Active Directory.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office 365.
E. Specific Technical Knowledge
* Programming skills (PowerShell and scripting).
