HR Manager at InTouch
Location: 2 days a week in Sint Truiden (our hip startup spot at Droneport)

With 40 employees now and plans to hire another 20 by April 2025, we’re growing fast and that is just the start! Our sights are set on the US so expect to be involved in our growth State-side too.
As our HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our team’s transformation, enhancing the full employee experience—from hiring and onboarding to talent development and performance management.
You’ll set up best practices that empower our teams and make InTouch an exceptional place to work.
This is a high-impact position where you’ll drive immediate change while building your career, with opportunities to grow your role and team, ultimately working toward a place on our Management Team.
Your influence will resonate across the organization, creating a thriving, values-driven culture that scales with our growth.
Initially reporting into our Co-CEOs, Astrid and Tom (you will eventually report into our new CFO), you’ll work autonomously with their support as a sparring partner when needed. You’ll also manage our Office Manager, Jana, expanding your reach and impact even further.
Key People initiatives that we need you to dive into:
1. Onboarding & Integration: Develop a seamless onboarding process that quickly introduces new hires to the team and culture, complete with org charts and clear connections.
2. Talent Acquisition: Coordinate with our recruitment partners and take charge of outreach when necessary. We need a proactive approach, with plan B and C always in place, and a streamlined interview process.
3. People Budgeting: Collaborate closely with our Business Controller to manage budgets and optimize our people spend.
4. Performance & Development: Guide team leads in effective 1-on-1s and performance discussions, ensuring everyone has clear development paths and feedback.
5. InTouch Tribe Vibes: Foster a strong company culture that reflects our vision, values, and collaborative spirit. We’re big on open communication, so tools like Confluence will help you keep everyone connected.
Your Role at a Glance
* HR Hero : Manage personnel files, high-potential growth paths, and our salary policy. Keep our workplace running smoothly with structured personnel planning and budgets
* Talent Guru : Partner with talent providers, oversee recruitment, and lead onboarding efforts. Map out career paths for our team and conduct meaningful growth conversations
* Compliance Commander : Ensure compliance with employment laws, pay scales, and workplace policies, creating a smooth, compliant, and efficient workplace
* Engagement Enthusiast : Boost employee engagement with inspiring events and initiatives, making InTouch a lively and enjoyable place to work
* Operations Overlord ️: Oversee office operations, from supplies to event coordination. Work with the Office Manager and Marketer to maintain a seamless workspace. You’ll also support leadership with planning and OKR alignment
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of HR experience, you'll already have been integral in a scaling SME, going from 50-100 people is a story you can tell us about
* A hands-on, ambitious personality who stays calm under pressure and loves a dynamic environment
* Data-driven with strong empathy and decision-making skills
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to operate at all organizational levels
* Excellent communication in Dutch and English, to work smoothly with our international colleagues
* Bonus points: International experience with employees in the US
