Job description
You are responsible for delivering the yearly, and long term profitable sales growth of your international private label customers by managing a number of commercial partners internationally. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Shaping and executing a strong account plan alligned with our CBB (Customer Brand Business) strategy and developing an annual action plan tailored to captivate the needs of your customers.
2. Take the lead in annual negotiations with retail customers.
3. Building and maintaining an effective network within the FMCG market.
4. Devising and executing a savvy and profitable pricing and assortment strategy.
5. Managing relationships and contracts, driving us toward our commercial objectives while making judicious decisions on budget and resources.
6. Analyzing and translating market data, gaining insights in the market and deliver solid sales forecasts.
7. Serving as a trusted sparring partner to our Sales Services Manager, overseeing administrative, logistical, or financial action points.
Profile
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
8. A Master's degree and min. 3-4 years of experience in a simular role within an FMCG company.
9. Strong analytical skills, proactive thinking, and a hands-on mentality with a team player attitude
10. A passion for or ready to dive in the world of private label brands, with a result-driven focus, empthasizing quality and timeliness.
11. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with partners, line managers and team members.
12. Eagerness to work in an international context and flexibility for ocassional travels.
13. Fluency in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
14. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, with advantageous knowledge of SAP.
