Position Description:
Are you ready to be a key player in our Onboarding Team, where you'll manage as a Team leader, authorization card designs and enforce predefined rules and agreements outlined in our central ITB policy?
As a central component in Application Onboarding, our team collaborates with various stakeholders to find solutions, create role definitions, and uphold centrally defined design principles. We're also committed to ensuring additional function separations based on pre-determined criticality levels of data and applications.
Your role in our team
Introduction and Collaboration:
Initiate contact with application owners and technical teams to explain the new working methods, performed once per department/team.
Requirements Analysis:
Discuss, analyze, and document application requirements while effectively communicating expectations to the application team.
Configuration Preparation and Execution:
Prepare and execute configurations based on documented requirements, initially performed in a test environment.
Testing and Evaluation:
Test the executed configuration with the application team/business to ensure alignment with their expectations.
Production Deployment:
Only when the setup meets expectations, implement the configuration in the production environment.
How you strengthen our team
Guide application owners in defining their needs and preferences regarding role definitions.
Support application owners in the renewal/implementation of their role definitions.
Assist application owners in defining assignment rules for their role definitions.
Guide application owners in migrating to the updated role definitions.
Support the Identity team in the updated role definitions.
Ensure uniformity across various role definitions.
Prioritize applications for role definition renewal.
Monitor and schedule renewed role definitions based on prioritization.
Understand role definitions from the Identity perspective.
Comprehend broader needs and challenges alongside role definitions from application owners, offering support and advice.
Innovate and implement new processes for application onboarding.
Establish standards, templates, and documentation to standardize the onboarding process.
Communicate regularly with all involved parties in the onboarding process, covering status updates and planning.
Prioritize and schedule new and existing integration requests based on the agile methodology.
Native Dutch with good communication in English
Education : Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology, or equivalent
Level : Senior (Team leader)
