For a global innovation consultancy, with HQ in Paris and offices at the edge of Brussels, we are currently looking for a freelance sales manager to guide their sales tribe to the next level.
They are currently active in over 18 countries and manage more than 15.000 projects in R&D and innovation on a yearly basis.
Your role
You will be responsible for the guidance and coaching of a diverse team including 6 FTE's.
This entails:
* Giving strategic vision and direction
* Coaching, inspiring, mentoring and growing your team
* Monitoring the sales pipeline and metrics
Since innovation is not a plug-and-play concept you ensure that your team captures the client needs well. You are a complex solution seller and lead by example.
Your profile
* You have at least 10 years of relevant sales and management experience
* Complex solution selling is your preferred modus operandi
* You are fluent in Dutch and French and your English knowledge is solid
