Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and commissioning of various systems at clients worldwide.
* Technical and application support to ensure seamless operation of systems for clients.
* Service assignments for domestic and international clients.
* Phone-based support services.
* Demonstrations of machines for potential clients, either on-site or in the demo center, in collaboration with the sales department.
* Support for testing and R&D departments between interventions.
Requirements:
* Technical background, preferably in electromechanics or a related field.
* Experience working with international clients is advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented skills.
* Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
