* A bachelor's or master's degree in business economics, complemented by at least 10 years of relevant experience. A background in engineering is a plus.
* A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in an industrial B2B setting.
* Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong understanding of complex industrial processes.
* Outstanding people management and communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at every level.
* Fluency in French and English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch or additional languages is an asset.
