About the Role The assignment is within the CoE Security Strategy and Delivery team. The main responsibilities of this team include: Defining BNP Paribas Fortis cybersecurity strategy. Translating this strategy into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives (projects), enhancements, and studies. Overseeing the purpose, value, status, and plans of all portfolio items, as well as their interdependencies. Acting as a Project Manager (PM) or supporting GS team leads in their PM roles. Engaging various stakeholders in developing the strategy, roadmaps, and key actions. Ensuring effective communication with middle and senior management across the bank to align investment priorities and roadmaps. Key Responsibilities Conduct in depth analysis of data security requirements in close collaboration with security architects. Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend enhancements. Ensure security requirements are aligned with standards, regulations, Group targets, and bank requirements. Influence Group security policies and procedures, particularly in data security. Develop high level roadmaps, proposing priority actions for a three year investment horizon (including macro budget estimates for execution). Collaborate closely with the Group to deploy standardized solutions, ensuring a balance between business and cybersecurity requirements. Oversee all phases of cybersecurity initiatives, from inception to completion. Prioritize workstreams and activities in alignment with overall security objectives. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to cybersecurity initiatives. Regularly interact with senior management and executives on topics spanning multiple functions. Ensure stakeholder input is consolidated into concise, high quality deliverables that can be shared with senior management, supported by a communication kit. Technical skills Mandatory: Strong analytical skills, ability to break down complex issues into key components. Extensive experience in the financial services industry. Preferred: Experience in data security related projects. Familiarity with Agile methodology and improving team maturity, productivity, and quality.
