For one of our clients, a Real estate investor & asset management company, we are looking for an Administrative Property Manager. You will supervise the portfolio (residential) on a administrative level mostly and visit sometimes the assets.

Your missions and responsibilities
* Supervise lease (re)negociation, payment terms & notification, statement of charges, litigation/insurance enquiries, encoding of information (in the CRM) notably.
* Help the rest of the team to better take care of the residential portfolio (the company is mostly owner of the buildings, but there are sometimes co-ownership within the buildings)
* Make sure that rents and provisions for charges are invoiced correctly.
* Maintain tenant relationships & contact in order to have a better flow of information & overall satisfaction
* Improve data collection & integration in the system for a better flow of process and communication
The perfect profile
* Experience in real estate, property management or administrative related function
* At least 7 years of experience in a similar field/position
* Good level in French and Dutch (C1 required), and proficiency in english would be a plus
* Solid knowledge in rental management & portfolio overview
* Being IT savy or at ease with digital tools would be a great plus
