Client Description:
Manpower office people is looking for a german speaking back office employee for the deposit activity
Our client is an international bank in the field of online savings accounts. Together with them we are looking for a back office employee (German/English) - 4 days teleworking
The agent will be part of the operations team that is responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the deposit platform, supervision of the call center, and the management of incidents with customers.
Job Description:
1. As a back office employee you are in close contact with the customer care team.
2. You will therefore handle the questions forwarded from this team.
3. You do checks on openings of new accounts (identity and address details), you do checks on payments, verify documents such as inheritances, you close accounts etc.
4. You're willing to travel once a week to the office in Merelbeke
5. Most communication is done via email.
Candidate Profile:
6. You have at least a secundary degree and experience as customer service employee of in a contact center
7. You have experience with ticketing tools (clearview, remedy ...)
8. You speak and write very good German and good English
9. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks
10. ood level of verbal and written communication skills
