The Facility Coordinator performs a wide variety of general office administration and facilities management functions. This position is ideally for a young Facility professional awaiting a next career step and requires a flexible, pro-active problem-solver with a detail- and customer service-oriented personality and a disposition that constantly anticipates needs and inquires, “How can I help?” What You'll Do
1. Responsible for most aspects around facilities and service desk, including but not limited to:
2. Service Desk Management
3. Managing all workplace related requests and questions
4. Responsible for incoming tickets and distributing them to the right persons
5. Vendor Management
6. Hospitality management
7. Customer first mentality and approach
8. Act as the main point of contact for our internal meeting room clients, responsible for meeting room management
9. Facilitate office events to maintain a thriving company culture and enhance community engagement
10. Operational building management
11. Act as main point of contact for office vendors, developing and maintaining relationships with service desk Landlord, contractors, maintenance companies, supply vendors, etc.
12. Monitor and follow-up on building maintenance issues
13. Workplace management
14. Maintain general orderliness, cleanliness, and professionalism of the office atmosphere
What You'll Need
15. 2 years of experience in building maintenance, workplace management or contract management.
16. Proficiency in office tools and processes, working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and modern online communication tools
17. Flexibility (fixed working hours with additional on call duties)
18. Positive attitude & “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented
19. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task
20. Ability to work independently as well as with a team, excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
21. Good communication skills and a strong command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written
22. Able to bring fun into the workplace and foster the TomTom spirit and culture
