Global Key Account Manager
As a Global Key Account Manager, you will drive and nurture relationships with major international clients. Your mission is to ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for several major clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Monitor client performance and satisfaction, implementing strategies to enhance both.
* Foster long-term relationships that lead to client growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Operational Collaboration:
* Work closely with operational management to develop creative solutions tailored to client requirements.
* Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective service delivery.
Process and Structure Implementation:
* Apply a structured and process-oriented approach to manage client accounts efficiently.
* Utilize organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Frequent Global Travel:
* Represent the company internationally, requiring regular travel to meet key clients and prospects across various locations, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
PROFILE :
·University degree or equivalent experience.
·Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
·Experience in the service sector, with a proven track record in account management.
·Extraverted and solution-oriented mindset, proactively addressing client needs.
·Strong organizational skills with a focus on process and structure.
·Ability to build long-term relationships leading to client evolution and growth.
·Collaborative spirit, working effectively with operational management to develop client solutions.
·Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
