BFlash is an advanced and versatile tool designed for automotive professionals, tuners, and engine calibration engineers to facilitate comprehensive control unit reprogramming. Developed by a team of experienced automotive engineers, bFlash aims to provide an all-in-one solution that addresses various needs within the automotive tuning industry.
As a Graphic Designer, your main duty will be to produce attractive visual assets and designs for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing manager to create content that boosts brand visibility, engages the target audience, and drives customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
Graphic & Web Design:
* Design visually appealing and engaging materials for digital marketing, such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and display ads.
* Develop brand identity components, including logos, icons, and visual guidelines, ensuring a consistent brand image across all platforms.
* Ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the brand’s tone and messaging.
* Partner with web developers to create attractive and user-friendly website layouts and designs.
* Design website elements like headers, footers, navigation menus, and call-to-action buttons.
* Ensure web designs are responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
Digital Marketing Collateral:
* Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and design marketing materials for campaigns, promotions, and events.
* Design landing pages, user interfaces, and user experience (UI/UX) elements that drive engagement and conversions.
* Optimize designs for various digital platforms and devices for a seamless user experience.
* Create visually compelling graphics and images for social media platforms, considering the specific requirements and best practices of each platform.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and reach.
* Contribute to the development of creative strategies and ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering teams, to ensure cohesive and consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications:
* Passion for the automotive industry
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Proficiency in English and either Dutch or French.
* Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
* Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
* Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
* Experience with web design and development, HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
* Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
