Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing communication and relationships between clients and our technical development team.
2. Testing developed functionalities in Odoo to ensure alignment with client requirements.
3. Analyzing clients' businesses, conducting meetings, and mapping complete Odoo solutions.
4. Coordinating and leading the teamwork to execute project objectives effectively.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
5. Proven experience in project management or business analysis roles, preferably within the IT sector.
6. Strong expertise in testing functionalities within ERP Odoo and ensuring they meet client needs.
7. Proficiency in analyzing businesses, identifying requirements, and mapping solutions.
8. Excellent communication skills in French and at least a B2 level in English.
9. Ability to coordinate teams effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
10. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
