As an In-House Service Coordinator, you will manage incoming service requests from external customers via phone/e-mail/CRM/Digital Remote Care. You will provide support and appropriate solutions to improve field service activity efficiency and propose service products in a cost-efficient manner that leaves the customer completely satisfied with the interaction. You will initiate billable repair quotes and prioritize ad hoc customer requests (repairs) while managing work order scheduling for existing rolling business (maintenance and installations). You will be the bridge between the customer and the Field Service Engineers (FSEs), by coordinating field service activities. You will ensure data integrity using the CRM tools SFDC & Service Max (SMAX) according to guidelines and SOPs. You will run purchase requisition activity for suppliers of local service items. You will be part of a team supporting customers in the BeNeLux. Who you are: Have previous Field Service Support experience or a B2B Customer Facing role, ideally within a related environment.Computer literacy and interest in digital solutions.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.Ability to prioritize own workload and multi-task.A standout colleague with good and positive interpersonal skills.Data Entry Experience, experience working with SFDS/SMAX is beneficial.Ability to complete documentation accurately, with eyes for detail.You are fluent in French and Dutch, and proficient in English.
