Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated professional to take charge of accounts payable for European entities within our Tagetik business units.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Vendor Master data in SAP (create and change vendor details);
2. Chase approval from budget owners for supplier invoices and book AP invoices, allocating costs to the correct budget (cost center);
3. Check and book employee expense claims;
4. Participate in the monthly and yearly closures;
5. Collect appropriate data for local reports as well as VAT and income tax returns;
6. Undertake certain work as assigned by Accounting Manager and Tagetik management on an on-going basis;
7. Prepare ad-hoc reports related to vendors, employee expenses, costs, statements of accounts, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent training or experience;
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Finance/Accounting;
3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, strong MIS skills;
4. Coupa and Concur tools knowledge is an advantage;
5. Fluency in English;
6. Proactive team player as well as being able to take own initiatives;
7. Accurate and process-thinking;
8. Flexible, adaptive, and pro-active;
9. Capable of taking additional responsibilities to move to the next level;
10. Organized, independent, and self-motivated;
11. Of positive attitude with a good can-do mentality;
12. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
13. Be able to take ownership and accountability for work.
