As Business Manager Indirect Sales you’ll drive the growth of our Indirect Sales channel, optimizing its commercial success and ensuring to achieve the targets. You’ll oversee partner relationships, manage the team and seek out to new opportunities.
Job Description
1. Achieve Sales targets by meeting revenue, profit and unit goals, focusing on profitable growth and expanding our Partner base. You will develop and implement strategic business and sales plans for the indirect market.
2. Lead and motivate your team of 3 partner account managers by providing strong leadership and supporting your team members in achieving their goals, organizing regular one-to-one reviews and offering constructive feedback.
3. Manage Partner Relationships by developing and maintaining detailed account plans and actions for partners. You’ll implement a partner program to ensure the growth and satisfaction, where you will be collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve the program goals.
4. Build strong relationships by regularly visiting and communicating with your partners and attend and support the partner events. You’ll visit your Top 5 partners on a monthly base to build a long-lasting relationship build on trust and mutual respect.
5. Expand our partner network by identifying and contracting new partners to enhance our market presence. You’ll seek for partners in office and/or IT sector who are interested in offering Ricoh solutions.
6. Reporting to our Head of Sales and Ricoh Europe on regularly base about the status of the indirect business. You’ll develop and execute a strategic MTS plan in alignment with the company goals.
Preferred Skills
7. Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
8. Strong communication skills in French, Dutch and English
9. At least 7 years of experience in partner management within office, print, IT or similar B2B environments.
10. Proven track record in relationship building and budget management
11. Excellent C-level communication and negotiation skills.
12. Strategic leadership, initiative and problem-solving capabilities
13. Strong commitment to integrity, accountability and team collaboration.
