As a Service Delivery Technical Team Leader at LCL, you will play a key role in collaborating with other departments to ensure quality and safety within our data centers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and Coaching: Managing daily operations of data center technicians and supervisors, including task allocation, follow-up, and guiding their professional development through coaching and feedback.
* Ensuring Quality and Safety: Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards, implementing improvement measures following incidents or audits.
* Developing Procedures: Drafting, implementing, and managing work procedures and technical instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
* Project and Planning Coordination: Creating and managing project schedules, aligning staff, equipment, and budgets, resolving potential bottlenecks in consultation with other departments.
* Technical Support: Acting as a point of contact for technical questions, facilitating efficient problem-solving within the team.
* Reporting and Improvement: Monitoring project progress and results, reporting to management with a focus on continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
* Technical education or equivalent experience.
* Drafting and implementing technical procedures.
* In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards within a technical environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Multilingual (Dutch, French, English), customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
* Flexible and solution-oriented approach to address problems and implement solutions.
