Role: Tender & Sales Support Administrator
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Workplace: 80% Remote (Office once every 2 weeks)

Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a Tender and Sales Administration Expert. As part of the Bid Team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily management and administration of the tender process from pre-contract to post-award phase. You will collaborate with the regional teams to deliver the highest level of administrative support for colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities
* SAP Administration
* Sales Admin: Quote preparation, customer training logistics etc.
* Support daily management and admin of the tender process from opportunity to submission
* Daily management and development of the bid management application
* Support development of tender responses through management of the tender application library
Qualifications
* Relevant academic or professional qualifications/technical skills in administration
* Strong, demonstratable experience in an administration
* Clear experience in a tender environment
* Strong knowledge and working use of SAP
* Commercial acumen
* Agile and adaptable to changing business needs/objectives
* Ability to communicate in Dutch, French and English
