Due to the strong growth of our organisation, and to expand our dynamic teams, we are immediately looking for a VIP Support Engineer L1/L2.You will perform this VIP Support position at the HQ in the south side of Brussels (Watermael-Boitsfort), supporting management and board members.The position is a mix of first & second line support with a varied range of tasks including rollout projects on a regular basis. What's in a workday?You provide telephone support to the end user.You register and classify all incoming incidents in the ticketing tool.Following procedures, you try to solve the incident ASAP.Processing tickets: assigning rights or applications, solving printer issues, software & PC-related problems.You manage user profiles, Hardware and software and provide input to ongoing improvement processes.You carry out installations and configurations and provide support via various tools.Hardware related issues: replacing PCs, troubleshooting laptops, network issues.You always keep the focus on the end user and make sure he/she is operational again as soon as possible.
