Description
As a Junior Assistant in Social Networks & External Affairs, you will have the following responsibilities:
Social Media Support:
* Manage social media editorial planning and coordinate the creation and regular publication of compelling content;
* Actively monitor the various social media channels, analyze performance and draft KPI reports in collaboration with the colleague in charge of the website;
* Create attractive visuals using tools such as Canva, in collaboration with the visual communications team;
* Act as the preferred point of contact for providing information and training on the use of social networking tools.
External Business Support:
* Contribute to the management of the associations portfolio by updating and analyzing data to identify strategic partnerships ;
* Assist in drafting and clarifying internal communications concerning company positions;
* Actively participate in coordination meetings and liaise between External Communications and External Affairs teams;
* Carry out specific research and ad hoc analysis, such as gathering information on key stakeholders.
Profile
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in communications or a similar field;
* You have ambition, curiosity and an interest in social networks and external affairs;
* You have strong written and oral communication skills;
* You are able to work independently, while being an effective team member;
* You demonstrate an analytical mind, enabling you to interpret and report data;
* You have a basic understanding of tools such as Canva, or are willing to train on new platforms;
* You speak either Dutch or French fluently, and have a good command of the other national language. You also have some knowledge of English.
