La Lorraine Bakery Group is running strategic programs within the technical service and procurement domains to support the future ambitions and growth of LLBG. As Business Applications Analyst Technical Services & Procurement you will take the lead for the process and system landscape within these domains. You are the IT business partner for the technical service and procurement domains You take the lead on certain tracks within the projects in close collaboration with the other track leads and business stakeholders. You manage from A-Z all aspects within the projects to make it a success (project management, blueprint, validation with business, owner IT specifications, development, testing, documentation, training & support key-users) You are in charge of the continuous improvement of the business processes and systems in your domain. You analyze the needs and demands of key users and you organize this information in an action plan with proposals for solution. You implement the solutions and changes within the IT application in line with our La Lorraine best practice model. You manage the support of the business key users in collaboration with the central support business application analyst You are in charge of the documentation of the processes and systems in the interactive IT knowledge platform. You are able to keep the knowhow in the community secured and reinforced by giving trainings and updating the documentation You build a strong relation with the business stakeholders You can also take part in projects or changes outside these domains (for example production, quality, …) You will work mostly from Ninove (LLBG headquarters) and Haaltert (Frozen BU HQ) and report to the Business Applications Manager for Plant Operations. You are part of the international IT team. You have a Master’s degree or equivalent by experience. You have proven experience in ERP projects, processes & systems from an IT or business key-user role. Knowledge of SAP EAM (PM) (or similar in other ERP systems) or SAP MM is a must. Knowledge on other modules (supply chain, warehouse, …) or systems in these domains (Ariba, R4AM, …) is a plus. You have a sincere interest in all roles & activities within technical services & procurement. You have an analytical mind, process-oriented and you are a conceptual thinker. You have a hands-on and must-do mentality You are results- and goal-oriented and never lose sight of deadlines. You are service-minded and you like to communicate in English with various stakeholders. You like to share knowledge and you are able to bring the message in a clear way to a broad audience.
