Position Overview:
As the Marketing Operations Section Manager BE at Nissan Benelux, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the Benelux region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the voice of the market. Provide insights from local Sales teams towards product & brand hub functions to adjust local offers & campaigns
2. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Nissan Benelux. Identify target markets, consumer segments, and key value propositions to enhance brand positioning and market presence.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire one marketing professional, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the marketing department.
4. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve marketing objectives. Monitor expenditures, track campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data and leverage consumer behavior insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and regional marketing teams, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
7. Marketing Operations: Streamline and optimize marketing processes and workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Implement marketing automation tools and technologies to enhance productivity and scalability.
8. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
9. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership. Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
10. Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Ability to identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and industry trends.
11. Leadership skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing marketing teams. Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
12. Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, and market research. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies is a plus.
13. Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
14. Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and derive actionable insights.
15. Results-oriented: Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results. Ability to prioritize initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

17. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous
