Talent & Performance Development

Maintain and update job descriptions across the organization.

Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate management, assessments, and coordination with external partners.

Contribute to seamless onboarding experiences that help new hires integrate smoothly.
*
Identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives to upskill employees.
*
Guide performance management cycles, supporting both managers and employees.
Employee Engagement & Communication
*
Help implement innovative HR initiatives to foster a strong company culture (e.g., team events, conferences).
*
Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and resolving concerns.
*
Support internal communications (info sessions, feedback collection, content creation), in collaboration with communication partners.
*
Maintain intranet content (excluding fleet-related updates).
Project Involvement
*
Contribute to the global rollout of strategic HR projects (e.g., digital transformation, leadership development programs) in collaboration with the HR Director, to whom you report.
HR Operations & Compliance
*
Ensure HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and legally compliant (policies, procedures, reporting).
*
Maintain employee records and support database accuracy.
*
Address employee queries and assist with document preparation.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
- You have over 3 years of experience in HR, ideally gained in a consulting environment or through HR project management roles, with a strong focus on talent management, recruitment and selection, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently.
- You possess a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
- You are able to understand business needs and translate them into supportive HR solutions.
- You can easily identify inefficiencies in HR processes and develop streamlined procedures.
