About The Role Were looking for a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Kontich, Antwerp. In this key role, youll drive the growth of Companions by hiring top talent for both our holding and portfolio companies. Youll focus on building a diverse talent pipeline that spans various roles: from high potential individuals for our team to senior managers to lead our portfolio companies, as well as other talents across multiple sectors.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Sourcing
1. Identify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing strategies.
2. Engage potential candidates through phone, email, or mutual connections, inviting them to discuss opportunities over coffee at our office.
3. Partner with investment managers during acquisitions to define and scout for ideal leaders for existing and new verticals, taking an active role in outreach.
Recruitment
1. Lead and execute end to end recruitment processes aligned with business objectives.
2. Design hiring processes to objectively evaluate candidates against role competencies and cultural values.
3. Create and implement structured assessment rounds, including performance, technical, and intellectual evaluations.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop candidate personas, job descriptions, and postings.
5. Maintain and update the career site to reflect current opportunities.
Candidate Experience
1. Be the driving force behind an exceptional candidate journey by ensuring every interaction reflects Companions'' values and culture.
2. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to contract signing, creating a memorable and seamless experience.
3. Continuously refine the ATS system and processes to build and maintain a strong, engaged talent pool.
4. Act as an ambassador for Companions, showcasing our inclusive and collaborative culture to attract top tier talent.

1. Hold an academic master''s degree or equivalent.
2. Have been successful within executive search or another recruitment role for at least 5 years;
