Are you ready to take on a major technical challenge and contribute to a strategic project within a structured institutional environment? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead to oversee the migration of a digital platform to AWS Cloud. The goal: enhance scalability, availability, agility, and security.
The development of this solution is entrusted to an external service provider responsible for technical architecture, frontend, and backend. You will play a key role in coordinating this project, ensuring seamless collaboration between all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Under the direction of the Program Manager, you will work closely with the Functional Project Manager and technical architects. Your main tasks will include:
Coordinating internal architects and those of the service provider, facilitating exchanges, and ensuring alignment of technical choices.
Leading or co-leading architectural meetings and fostering consensus among stakeholders.
Providing regular reports to the Program Manager and internal stakeholders.
Validating deliverables from the service provider (documentation, source code, AWS-deployed solutions) to ensure compliance with requirements.
Writing technical documents, activity plans, and presentation materials with precision.
Structuring and organizing your work efficiently while being proactive.
Your profile
Technical skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with technical architects.
Understanding of cloud environments (AWS is a plus).
Strong knowledge of the Java ecosystem (Java, Maven, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with TypeScript, HTML, CSS (Angular or equivalent).
Basic DevOps knowledge and experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab used).
Proficiency in GIT and best practices for Version Control.
Understanding of testing strategies (unit tests, integration tests, mocks).
Knowledge of TerraForm is a plus.
Experience with collaborative and project management tools: SharePoint, MS Office, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
Development experience is an advantage, but the role remains primarily project management-focused.
Experience and methodology:
Experience in technical project management.
Experience within an institutional or public sector environment is a plus.
Familiarity with the Scrum methodology (used by the service provider).
