Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision, coordination, and final responsibility for the day-to-day planning processes, including problem solving on planning issues, internal and external KPI management, correct invoicing, and general administration. Daily contact with customers will be part of the job.
2. Handling transport and warehouse claims to support the maintenance and further development of our customer relationships.
3. Assuring continuous improvement of all processes within your responsibility. You will strive for a minimum of manual handling and a maximum of automatic in- and output to increase efficiency and accuracy according to lean principles such as value stream mapping, waste reduction, and standard work.
4. Overseeing the execution and follow-up of our quality, health, safety, and security policy (QSHE).
5. Building and maintaining your team while stimulating the development of individual employees in your team.
6. Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the warehouse leadership linked to the customers of your department to ensure that the correct actions are prioritized together.
