A customer success manager (CSM) is a professional who helps customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of a product or service. A CSM is responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, and providing proactive support and guidance. #LI-MV5
You will provide a bridge between the technical teams and the Cegeka end-users.
You will explain, demonstrate, and sell services to internal Cegeka customers.
You will be point of contact for the customers that consume the provided services and products and focus on building long-term relationships with the customers.
You will assist with the presales for the sale of services and products for internal customers.
You will take on tasks connected to the role of enterprise change manager for internal projects. Some of these tasks are: setting up communication plans and execute these plans for specific projects or playing an active role in user adoption projects.
You will be part of the customer success team.

You have a positive can-do mindset and are not afraid to venture into unexplored territory.
Having experience in dealing with stakeholders for projects is essential.
You have excellent organizational and problem solving skills: taking and keeping ownership until the matter is resolved is essential for you.
You fluently speak and can write in English. Speaking Dutch is an asset.
You can work both in a team, but independently as well.
With your knowledge, social skills and flexibility, you are able to gain the trust of the customers and build up a long-term relationship.
Having knowledge of ITIL processes is an asset.
Having notion of graphical design (e.g. PowerPoint, training material …) is an asset.
