We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in ITIL to oversee the efficient delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing client relationships, and optimizing operational processes. This role requires expertise in service management best practices, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
* Implement and maintain ITIL-based frameworks for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
* Monitor service performance and take corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed client expectations.
* Manage service delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and resolve service-related issues and risks.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Report on service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in Service Delivery Management, with a strong focus on ITIL best practices.
* ITIL certification
* Proven track record of managing complex IT service delivery operations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
