We’re looking for an Brand Manager Intern for the l’OR in DTC & Douwe Egberts in Away From Home. You'll be part of our Marketing team based in Brussels and will report directly to the Brand & DTC Manager.
As the intern, you have the full responsibility of developing the Direct To Consumer business - through our webshop, develop communication and media campaigns and much more. You will be working in strong global and European brands - L'OR & Senseo, but also the local Jewel Douwe Egberts. You will join a team of strong marketing & digital experts, develop your business acumen, and share great moments around a cup of coffee or tea. In this role you will also thrive in developing your digital & e-commerce skills as long as your marketing expertise in the brewers portfolio. You will work in a multi-cultural, high performing and positive team.
Main responsibilities:
1. Product Innovation launches on coffee and machines
2. Develop communication assets for the DTC
3. Monitor, analyse and implement promotional plans
4. Daily monitoring of the webshop – for Belgium
5. Support the different sales teams into providing communication materials for L’OR & Senseo coffee machines or for the Away From Home business
6. CRM: develop local communications and be a point of contact for the Global Teams and global / local agencies

For this role as an Assistant Brand Manager (DTC) Intern, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
7. Analytical skills or is willing to develop it in a short period of time.
8. Can quickly make connections internally and work with cross-functional teams
9. Can make suggestions and handle in full autonomy key projects
10. Have an interest in the world of coffee or tea
11. Your internship is part of an educational program
12. Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch mandatory.
13. You’re available from August/September for a period of 5/6 months
