Tasks:
1.Customer Contact (e.g., by phone, email, via thewebsite)
* Advising customers onproducts and possible solutions. Identifying the precise questionand needs of the customer in a friendly and correctmanner.
* Preparing, elaborating, and followingup on quotes and offers.
* Monitoring theprogress of outstanding orders with suppliers and distributionpartners.
* Ensuring proper and correct handlingof complaints or problems.
* Maintaining thecustomer database (CRM) with all relevant address and contactinformation obtained from orders and phone calls.
* Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding quotes forspecial items or large quantities.
* Thinkingcreatively and actively about ways to improve (internal) processesand add value to our propositions.
2. Order and Sales/Customer ServiceProcess
* As an Inside Sales Agent, youprovide commercial support and play a key role between (potential)customers in Belgium/Luxembourg and the internalorganization.
* The Sales Agent is responsiblefor sales support tasks, including the correct handling oforders/quotes from A to Z and processing incomingrequests.
* You are the point of contact forcustomers and account managers.
* Handlingincoming calls, ensuring the sending of quotes/documentation, andfollowing up.
* Acting as the first point ofcontact for customer complaints and returns, ensuring proper(internal) follow-up in collaboration with internal responsibleparties.
Profile:
* Graduate-bachelor or equivalent through experience,preferably supplemented with a technical/commercialeducation.
* 4-6 years of experience in asimilar role.
* Work experience within a tradingcompany and affinity with technology and logistics is aplus.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, CRMapplications, and order systems.
* Goodcommunication skills in Dutch and French, both spoken and written,and good knowledge of English.
* Good timemanagement and appointment planning skills.
