We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Office Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the successful setup and management of a global system across multiple regions. As part of the program management team, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth execution of key project activities, from planning to completion.
1. You will provide support to Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
2. You will assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. You will coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture, and distribute meeting minutes.
4. You will distribute and track tasks to the various stakeholders and ensure their completion.
Communication and Collaboration
5. You will facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
6. You will ensure timely and accurate dissemination of project information to all stakeholders.
7. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates and status reports.
Documentation and Reporting
8. You will maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and risk registers.
9. You will generate and distribute regular project status reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
10. You will assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for project reviews.
Issue/Risk Resolution
11. You will identify and escalate project-related issues or risks to the Program Manager for resolution.
12. You will work closely with team members to address challenges and obstacles in the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
13. You have Proven experience in project support or coordination role.
14. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
15. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication Management, Marketing, Journalism, Languages or similar.
16. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
17. Experience with O, Teams, SharePoint
18. Fluent in English spoken and written
19. Possess a ``Can Do Spirit`` and demonstrate professionalism in all actions.
20. Be extremely well-organized, action-oriented, and a great listener.
21. Have strong analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.
22. Be proactive, responsible, and unafraid of challenges.
23. Exhibit a customer-oriented mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
24. Be open to continuous personal and professional development, embracing innovation.
25. Be able to work with a large number of stakeholders .
Votre profil
26. You have at least 3-5 of professional experiences in Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication Management, Marketing, Journalism, Languages or similar.
