Prepare regular progress reports for both internal and external use. Evaluate project performance, including calculating Earned Value, creating scenario models, and conducting risk analysis. Advise the project and contract teams on potential or realized risks and report deviations from the validated baseline (scope/time/budget). Monitor project timelines and budgets, identify risks, and propose mitigation or improvement strategies. Conduct delay assessments in case of project delays.
