YOUR TEAM :
You will join a team of IT professionals involved in the delivery and maintenance activities performed by the shared services team of and for the AXA Group.
The function will be integrated in the product support teams, working closely with the local and global teams covering:
1. Management of systems, database and network
2. Application maintenance and support
3. IPC process management
4. Project management
5. QoS and governance
The main activities addressed by the teams include:
6. IT Infrastructure support for AXA Business and Development teams
7. Technical activities:
8. Production support and IT Service delivery
9. Support development & maintenance of AXA Applications
These teams oversee the Product life cycle, from studies to the final delivery and solution maintenance. The most powerful levers to achieve this can be summarized as Innovation and Execution that will drive the Operations teams:

YOUR MISSIONS :
As an experienced IT Production Consultant, the candidate will join an existing technical team and his role will require:
15. To be fully responsible for Backup platforms
16. Part of the project team (as an expert) for future backup solution
17. Installation, upgrades, maintenance of the platforms
18. Production monitoring and resolution of technical incidents
19. Backup monitoring and reporting in direct relation with Manage Services
20. Analyze and prepare accurate documentation for production.
21. Incident, Problem and Change Management support, in an enterprise environment, providing 3rd level support
22. Improvement and extension of operational system stability and performance
23. Creation and improvement of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentation
24. Implementation of Standard Work Requests (based on AXA-Services standards, using ServiceNow)
25. Troubleshooting incidents in the scope of the technical areas
26. Develop scripts for automation and batches, in close collaboration with development teams.
27. Creating scripts according to internal AXA standards and procedures.
28. Ability to support and monitor services on production servers.
29. Technical writing of the proper documentation according to internal regulations
Your Profile
Technical Skills - Must have :
30. Cloud knowledge: Security, Networking, AWS, Azure
31. Commvault solutions
32. IBM Spectrum Protect V8 or later expert
33. NetApp skill will be appreciated.
34. CMX archiving tool knowledge is a plus
35. Scripting skills and automation. (Korn shell is mandatory, power shell is a plus)
36. Strong general knowledge in IT and Datacenter infrastructure architectures
37. Minimum 3 years proven experience in a backup environment
38. Knowledge in Windows / Linux / Vmware
39. Good reporting skills
40. Ensure security is always a priority one: audit, vulnerabilities remediation, support patching
41. Ensure service levels meet requirements. Propose and implement action plan when required
42. Work with Project team to prepare project scope and troubleshooting of backup jobs on platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Windows, VMware, and UNIX servers)
Non- Technical skills - Must have :

47. Upper intermediate level of written and spoken English is a must.
48. English mandatory, French/Dutch speaking would be appreciated.

50. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
51. Be able to effectively operate within set guidelines, policies, procedures, and able to execute instructions with minimal supervision
