ICT Project/Feature Manager

The ICT Project/Feature Manager is responsible for the preparation and successful realization of features in line with project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline as defined in the project charter. This includes coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the project, managing stakeholders and change management, and ensuring the required project governance is put in place.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain an up-to-date comprehensive committed project plan that identifies project deliverables, work breakdown structure, planning, resources, risks, and dependencies.
* Coordinate, motivate, encourage, facilitate, and support the project team members to achieve project objectives.
* Manage ICT vendors involved in the project, including software, hardware, and consultancy services.
* Ensure project governance is established and ensure regular project team meetings and steerco are organized.
* Bring key elements for decision-making to the steerco, indicating impact and presenting potential alternatives.
* Manage and regularly report project progress, budget, risks, and issues to the ICT Business Partner and Team Leader, as well as to the ICT PMO Manager.
* Ensure the project is executed in line with agreed standards and methodology, including quality gating, testing before release to production, and post-go-live support.
* Ensure necessary change management actions are taken, including communication, training, and post-go-live support.
* Ensure knowledge transfer and handover to operations is done before closing the project.
* Be the single point of contact for the project for both internal and external customers.

Requirements:
* You have a master's degree in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent in experience.
* You have extensive track record in project and change management, and project delivery. You apply project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and SAFe in a pragmatic way.
* You are a team player with a no-nonsense attitude who coordinates the team to get the job done.
* Your strong data analytic skills enable you to interpret and make recommendations in terms of planning, budgeting, problem-solving, etc.
* You are a communication superstar who builds strong relationships with stakeholders across imec.
* You have an open mind, fluent knowledge of English, and ideally some knowledge of Dutch.
* You feel comfortable in a complex and demanding environment.
* You have experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, OneDrive, and Azure DevOps.
* Experience with technology-oriented projects in the workplace domain is a plus.
