Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Functional Analyst Salesforce Field Service to join our ITBT department, specifically in the Unit 1 - Works Grid Operations Domain, responsible for supporting processes and applications related to the development and maintenance of the Gas, Electricity, and Public Lighting networks of the Grid Operations (Network Management) and Asset Management (AM) departments at Sibelga.
The primary focus will be on managing corrective and evolutive maintenance on the current deployed applications within the Domus program (Salesforce Field Service Lightning, SAP PM, Mobile app, Office 365) and working on current projects for other business domains like Exploitation Gaz and Public Lighting.
This role will require strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning and hands-on experience with applications like Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP PM. The consultant will interact with the project and maintenance teams, defining use cases, configuring user stories, and performing testing, including System and User Acceptance Tests.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Handle user management and master data management for Salesforce applications.
* Solve incidents and issues on deployed applications.
* Define and configure use cases and user stories in collaboration with the business analyst.
* Conduct System Tests and System Integration Tests; support the business during User Acceptance Tests.
* Perform sanity checks after release deployments into production.
* Manage changes, including user manuals, release notes, and training sessions.
* Work with Salesforce Timesheet Management and FSL Mobile applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Specific Skills:
* Salesforce Administrator Certification.
* Proven experience as a Business/Functional Analyst (3-6 years).
* Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning (2-3 years).
* Proven experience in Salesforce configuration (e.g., Salesforce Flow) (3+ years).
* Experience in Salesforce Timesheet Management (2+ years).
* Proven experience with FSL Mobile applications.
* Experience in a business process analyst role (3+ years).
Sector Skills:
* Experience working for a DGO (Distribution Grid Operator).
* Experience in the energy sector (preferred).
General Skills:
* Fluent in French (Required).
* Proficient in English (Required).
* Proven experience with JIRA (preferred).
