Open Position – Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our office in Antwerp (Belgium).
The Project Manager serves as the crucial link connecting the company with customers and partners, managing all client related projects as well as communication. This role involves the comprehensive planning, monitoring and management of customer releases from start to finish. As the Project Manager, you will assume full ownership of the customer release, maintaining ongoing initiatives while diligently safeguarding budgetary, contractual, quality and planning aspects.
Responsibilities
* Manage & understand the contract from the project start to finish.
* Own and maintain the customer delivery planning.
* Understand, triage and coordinate customer requirements with the relevant teams.
* Document these requirements into actionable refined implementation initiatives and link them to customer releases, whilst ensuring alignment with the customer and agree on acceptance criteria.
* Coordinate with the relevant teams responsible for implementation.
* Manage the dependencies related to the customer releases, including data integrations, product releases and configurations.
* Support the teams responsible for the implementation.
* Coordinate with the Test team any planned internal test activities including go/no-go.
* Coordinate and plan user acceptance testing (UAT) with the customer before go-live.
* Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate go/no-go decisions for customer releases based on readiness criteria.
* Coordinate and manage the go-live activities in order to ensure all prerequisites for customer acceptance criteria are met.
* Coordinate and manage all contractually obliged documentation.
* Support customer training.
* Collaborate with the support team to ensure conformance to the SLA.
* Capture lessons learned from each customer release.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners and subcontractors during implementation and customer release cycles.
* Ensure transparency through regular status updates, customer release documentation, and meeting cadence.
* Facilitate alignment between customer stakeholders, partners, subcontractors and internal teams.
* Coordinate with account management on new opportunities and change requests.
* Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technology trends
* Perform tasks as described in the ISO standards (including ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO14001, etc.)
Your Profile
* What combination of skills, mindset and experience are we seeking in our ideal candidate?
* Bachelor or Master’s degree
* Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
* Proven ability to manage projects throughout their lifecycle
* Strong affinity with software development
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; ·
* Very accurate and paying attention to details; ·
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to engage with high-level counterparts in international context
* Experience in using software such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus
* Familiarity with a Quality Management System is a plus
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Willingness to travel
* Interested in emergent technologies such as drones
* Experience in the aviation or drone industry is a plus
